Service Divison

Our maintenance services are provided directly from our headquarters at HD Services, a division of Hood Depot: info/hdservice.net.

Programs Available

  1. Standard Service-- performed between 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.. We will trouble-shoot, adjust, balance, replace all parts of the hood system as required. Labor is based on time at project with a one hour minimum, then billed in 30 minute increments. There is a nominal charge for travel to your location.

  2. Emergency Service-- is available after hours, holidays

  3. Preventative maintenance-- Sets up a contract to grease bearings, change belts and do a complete system check-list. If additional work is needed, we will provide a detailed analysis and quote. Suggested maintenance intervals depend on cooking load usage but twice per year is most commonly recommended (call for price quote). Preventative maintenance contracts are available upon request to reduce downtime and stay ahead of breakdowns (includes belt changes and other critical checks and balances.

  4. Extended Warranty Service Contract-- We can extend your warranty or provide a guaranteed service contract for a one-time yearly charge. This allows you to budget your yearly kitchen hood expense and eliminate large replacement costs (call for quote).
